On 11th July, 2018, Kent Cricket Club was incorporated in Sierra Leone as a Private Company Limited by Guarantee with its registered office in Freetown. The subscribers and the signatories to the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Club were James Bundu the Company Secretary and Emmanuel Pessima the CEO and became the first President.
