The Chief Executive is responsible to ensure that we plan and carry out our activities in line with our strategy, vision and values. The Board of Trustees appoints the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as the head of the Executive Management Team and the team report to the Board of Trustees. The CEO overseeing the day-to-day operation of the club and is also responsible for hiring all of the other members of the Executive Management Team with the approval from the Board of Trustees. 

The Executive Management Team has been working on a voluntary basis to get the club off the ground. Their  dedication to the mission of the Kent Cricket Club is great and we are proud to have such a dedicated group of passionate individuals on our team.
