It wasn't a good weekend for Kent as the Men's team suffered a heavy defeat to last season Champions, Asian Lions who posted 219 and Kent only managed a meager total of 61 runs all out in reply.
The young and inexperience Kent team needs to get confidence and targets certain areas to improve after a poor batting and bowling displayed on Sunday. Wins and losses are all part of the learning process the team is going through.
However, Kent are looking for a big step up as they take on last seasons' runners up Midwest Cricket Club on Wednesday 1st May 2019 at 9:30 at the Prince of Wales Ground, Kingtom, Freetown.
On paper Midwest are better side but paper means nothing at present, so Kent will look forward to upset Midwest on Wednesday.
