Kent Cricket Club have underlined their commitment to help the community by extending their support to Phillip Football Club, in the form of a donation. The items donated are playing shirts, football and shin guards.
Phillip Football Club is a Division 2 team that has made a vital contribution to football in the Kingtom Community, and have competed in many community football events. They have also won several honours.
Presenting the football items, James Bundu, Kent Cricket Club's Secretary, said, "Given our strong ties with the Kingtom Community, we are delighted to be able to use the privilege that cricket has given us as a tool to support community football. Phillip FC is an important football club in the community, and many young people are part of the club".

Receiving the items, the owner of Philip FC, Phillip Amara, expressed thanks and appreciation to Kent Cricket Club for their kind gesture,and further went on to say that the equipment came at the right time as they are preparing for the upcoming Sierra Leone Football Association Division 2 Competition.
